Now roasting FAR OUT coffees in the Grand Valley.

We moved to the western slope of Colorado with the intention of 'lying flat' stepping away from the daily grind and spending more time doing what we love.  We roast in small batches with the desire to highlight the distinct and delicate flavors that are found in coffee.
