Rattle Shake SHAKE
Three coffees went into this blend: washed and dry processed Ethiopians and a washed Peru. The combined flavors provide for a solid base of chocolate with fruited accents.
We went ahead and developed the roast to create an immense chocolate flavor, with light fruited accents think blueberry, cherry, and orange all with a big body. In the end we have a cup with fruited flavors, tempered by bittersweetness, and a dark chocolate ganache filling.
Perfect for espresso or as a milk drink option. A little rattle shake SHAKE in da cup.
